2009/2010 Rates
(new rates effective for bookings after July 1, 2009)
(Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, we are now quoting our rates in Euros.)

High Season includes May through October, and Christmas/New Years.  All other months are Low Season.
Rental in August is by special arrangement only. 

The rates above are all-inclusive.  There are no extra fees for linen, utilities, normal cleaning, basic phone use, cable TV, or high-speed Internet service.   The fee includes personal greeting by our Paris agents upon your arrival at the apartment, as well as all applicable taxes and fees.  There are no hidden costs.  There is a discount for repeat guests.

Rates: We rent for periods shorter than 5 nights by special arrangement only, and we cannot generally offer a substantial discount from the weekly rate. Weekly rates are for any seven-day period, and additional days can be arranged on a pro-rated basis: 1 or 2 additional nights are prorated at the weekly rate, 3 or more days are prorated at the 2-week rate.  We do not rent the apartment for single- or two-night stays.

Currency and Payments: We use the mid-market rates at www.xe.com for currency conversion.  Deposits and early payments are calculated using exchange rates at the time of payment.  We can accept advance payments via direct deposit in Euros, UK Sterling, and US Dollars (please contact us for bank details).  We can accept payments (both bank direct and credit card) via PayPal in any currency.  We can accept advance payments by personal check in US Dollars only.  We can accept final payment at the apartment in Euros only.

Deposit:  All deposits and fees must be paid in US currency or in Euros.  A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, except for bookings made more than nine months in advance.  A credit card is required for a security deposit, but deposits may be paid by check, or via PayPal (credit card or direct debit).  For late or early arrival, the full rental amount is required 30 days before arrival, otherwise the full rental amount is required in cash (Euros only) or by cashiers check (bank draft)  in Euros or US Dollars only  upon arrival.

Cancellations:  Cancellations up to six months before booking date will be 100% refunded, less any bank fees.  Cancellations up to 90 days before booking date will forfeit 20% of the rental amount, unless the apartment is re-rented during the booking period.  Cancellations within 90 days of the booking date will forfeit the entire deposit, unless the apartment is re-rented during the booking period.  Anytime a deposit is forfeited, a credit in that amount will be issued for a future stay.

Additional Charges: There may be an additional charge for arrival outside of business hours.  For multi-week rentals, cleaning and laundry can be arranged for a small fee.  Post-rental cleanup beyond normal cleaning and laundry will incur a cleaning fee.

Telephone: Local telephone use is free, within reason.  In particular,  we include 10 telephone units per day (more than enough to cover 30-60 mins/day of normal local usage) in the rental price.  There is no charge if you don't exceed this limit.  International calls can be made through your calling card or directly and are billed at their standard rates.

Utilities: There are no additional charges for water, electricity, gas, cable TV, or WiFi cable Internet.
